This was a really nice hotel, however, as we were sitting at the pool (the only white people), the server was bringing food and drinks to everyone poolside but would not even LOOK at us, or acknowledge that we were there. We had to walk inside to order a drink to take back to the pool. The front desk woman told us she would call a taxi for the airport in the morning, but then seemed put out when we came and asked her if she could help us with that. Bedding was comfortable, room was nice, pool was nice but the guy at the pool ruined it for us.

Localizado en el centro de Tapachula, el hotel es limpio, el personal amable y la comida es rica, las instalaciones aunque limpias son un poco viejas debido a que el hotel es de los más viejitos de la ciudad

"There was no transportation from the front desk to the cabin (Guayabo) very difficult to walk to it and back with my luggage. I was told by front desk staff there was a charge for using the swimming pool. Place is beautiful and peaceful"
